Way to decrease weight body



A team of researchers from the University of Michigan said that the people who walk 20-40 minutes a day will slightly reduce the weight regularly.
"The increased activity the body will result in a health benefit on the body," said Dr. Caroline Richardson who led the research.
"The increase body activity directly reduces the risk of heart problems and blood circulation, lower blood pressure, and help musculature to be faster, especially for those who implement the diet."
Richardson and colleagues, writing in the Annals of Family Medicine, said they have nine observations in the research that involved 307 men and women. They take part in the research of pedometer use among the four weeks to one year.
Tim Richardson in the research shows that a decline of 0.1 pound (0.05 kg) on average per week on volunteers. He also found that the decrease in body weight occurred consistently in the research.
So in a year recorded a reduction occurred five pounds (2.25 kg). Richardson also concluded that the changes occurred in eating habits. Those people are to add 2,000 steps to be more than 4,000 steps per day. The average person walking 2000 steps a day, or approximately one mile.
